Rotary transfer systems are increasingly being used for testing and assembly processes with a focus on 100% testing. We rely on a modular, flexibly adaptable machine concept for individual solutions.
Why special machines
Our testing and assembly systems can be designed as rotary indexing systems and workpiece circulation systems as well as longitudinal transfer systems. The components are usually fed in using standard components from the feeding technology. In addition, hörmle systems can be designed as fully automatic or semi-automatic systems for manual loading. Parts handling with robot systems is also no problem – just ask us about it.
We develop and manufacture individual special solutions for our customers with a proportion of up to 90% made-to-measure components – precisely tailored to each specific requirement.
