Increased economic success
Less waste, more output: Automated processes increase productivity and reduce unit costs. This means that investments pay for themselves in a very short time.
Our robot types
At hörmle, we work with you to select the most suitable type of robot and develop a customized solution for your production. As we have been developing automation solutions for many years, our experienced specialists are able to respond to the most diverse requirements.
Mitsubishi
The Mitsubishi Electric MELFA industrial robots are suitable for high-speed, high-precision cell production. The combination of intelligent technology and MELFA Smart Plus makes them easy to connect to PLCs and other Mitsubishi Electric devices.
ABB
ABB industrial robots are versatile and impress with their high repeat accuracy and flexibility. With the integrated IRC5 controller, they can be reliably integrated into existing systems and support a wide range of automation tasks.
ANYFEEDER
The AnyFeeder system combines vision and robotics with our powerful ACE Sight software to provide a comprehensive and flexible feeding solution for large volumes. With just one solution, a wide variety of part types can be handled and regular product changeovers can be managed with ease.
The term “anyfeeder” generally refers to a flexible, robot-supported feeding system for bulk parts in industrial automation and production.
These systems are characterized by the following features:
- Flexibility: You can process a large number of different workpiece variants without complex mechanical conversions. Product changes can be made quickly by simply adapting the program.
- How it works: An anyfeeder typically uses a combination of a vibratory bowl feeder (which separates and positions the parts) and a vision system.
- Parts recognition: The integrated vision system recognizes the position and orientation of the randomly oriented small parts on the feed surface.
- Robot integration: A robot removes the recognized parts precisely and in the correct position to feed them to the next production step.
Efficiency: Since no specific mechanical baffles are required for each part, companies that frequently change product variants can minimize changeover times and increase production efficiency.
Kuka
KUKA industrial robots are designed for dynamic motion sequences and high payloads. Thanks to the modular KUKA KSS system software, they are easy to program and can be seamlessly combined with various manufacturing systems.
Customized special solutions for every challenge
Every company is different and requires different technologies, systems and machines. We take this fact into account for every single product that we design and manufacture for our customers. In short, the customer always comes first at hörmle GmbH.
